Manitoba Buddhist Temple

On Saturday January 31, 2009, Manitoba Buddhist Temple held its fundraising dinner. Proceeds were in support of Shinran Shonin’s 750th Memorial Celebration. The turnout for this event was beyond expectation. We were happy to announce prior to the Gala that tickets were “sold out”. Many can't wait until next year's event. Special thanks to the following: Chef Lau Young and Sous Chefs, Michael Chaikoski & Christine Chung, the Manitoba Japanese-Canadian Cultural Centre, and the Victoria Inn. Again, thanks to everyone who worked so hard behind the scenes to make this event so successful.
